REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
LEGIBLE READABLE COPIES of educational documents - Certified Copies of Degree/s, Diplomas and all mark statements showing all subjects studied, examinations, and grades/marks. Certified English language translations of documents are needed if the original is not in English. If you are attaching scanned copies please review the documents after scanning to check for clarity. If subjects are listed as Paper 1,2 or Part I, II etc. please provide the names of subjects corresponding to those numbers from the syllabus or university or front and back of marks statements that shows the corresponding names of subjects.
SERVICES AND FEES
BASIC SERVICE: 2 copies of evaluations will be completed and mailed within 5 week Days after all REQUIRED documents are received unless a rush service is selected below. All evaluations are mailed using regular U.S. First Class mail unless you pay for Courier Services.
A. General Statement of Equivalency. $75.00 (US). Describes foreign academic work completed in US educational terms.B. Detailed Evaluation of Coursework $100.00 (US). Includes General Statement of Equivalency and a detailed course-by-course listing which can be used by the Universities for award of transfer credit.C. Expert opinion letter $250 (US) and above .D. Revisions changing or adding to your original evaluation $25.00 (US).
D. Three Day Service - General Statement of Equivalency $100.00 (US). Three Day Service (with completed required documents received): General Statement of EquivalencyE. Three Day Service - Detailed Evaluation $125.00 (US). Evaluations are completed within Three days AFTER the receipt of all required documents, fees.

Falsification on this application and submission of such false documents may result in SRJ-TEC informing the concerned agencies which may result in my prosecution by the authorities. I release SRJ-TEC from any liability for damages resulting from the use of the evaluation provided by SRJ-TEC.
